Default spellcheck language in output files should be English

When opening the resulting DOC/DOCX/RTF-file in MS-Word2016 it says "Missing Proofing Tools: This document contains text in Russian which isn't being proofed. You may be able to get proofing tools for this language."
The default language in the output DOC/DOCX/RTF-files should be English, not Russian.
